Hello all! So sorry for the delay between posts. I have a TON of stuff I've been editing, both "fun" and "work" related. I wanted to make sure I posted this event ASAP, though. Cindy is a former student of mine who married a couple of weeks ago; it was very sweet and very poignant, having known her as a young girl and now as a woman.

Her mom, Sue, kept a rambunctious flower girl occupied while Cindy prepared. That Hannah was a handful, but so cute! After Cindy put on the finishing touches, we started some formal portraits. She made a beautiful bride:

Troy, her husband, is quite the handsome guy as well. FYI, this was about 1/2 way through the reception and he still looked like a million bucks!
It was quite breezy that day and we had a heck of a time wrangling her veil, but there were a couple of shots where it worked to our advantage, like the one below, with Cindy looking a bit pensive...

After finishing with the ladies, it was off to St. Charles in Woburn to photograph the guys. They kept me on my toes but were so photogenic:

Soon it was showtime and Richard, Cindy's dad, was walking her down the aisle in a church flooded with late afternoon sun...

Husband and wife...

Then to steal a moment or two after the mass...
We managed to wrangle everyone for a bridal party photograph in front of the church, per request of Cindy's mom and dad...I like it!
Cindy and Troy decided upon thank you cards rather than an engagement session (they had a longer engagement) and we decided to have some fun with it:

Their first dance was to "Be Mine" by David Gray, one of my favorites. Even with the tears in my eyes from missing my someone special, I was able to photograph some very sweet moments between the two of them while they danced...
